Effective Against/On:

Food soils including protein based soils

Use 1 oz. of Clean Force EZ Enzyme Presoak for each gallon (7-8 mL/L) of warm water.

Place kitchenware in pan, sink, or compartment and allow to soak for 20-30 minutes, rinse, and wash in dishmachine. It is preferable to soak in dishmachine racks so these may be immediately run through the dishwashing machine after rinsing.
